GOD’S DELEGATED AUTHORITY TO HIS CHURCH
And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One). Ephesians 2:6 AMPC
THIS IS THE TIME TO TAKE YOUR SEAT OF AUTHORITY IN HEAVENLY PLACES IN CHRIST!
I set aside, before I ever called you, much more than it would take for your calling to be successful. There is a remnant of my people that will walk and talk like Me, says the Lord.
Healing will come through their hands, and deliverance will set the captives free, empowered to destroy the works of the devil because I am with them.
I have chosen this time and generation that shall stand in great light and in great power. I am coming down swiftly and I am coming down hard. Be very cautious with your priorities. Give me the opportunity to show you what is most important and what is least important.
Be wise, take the Word. Take it desperately. Go deeper into My Word. Pay close and particular attention to your prayer life. I need you more now than I have ever needed you in your life. I need you ready and prepared.

You will know me as the RESURRECTION AND KING. These are the days of My vengeance saith the Lord.
The rapidly approaching end of the age is witnessing a tremendous increase in the activity of the powers of darkness. There is an urgent call for men and women, yielded to the Lord, whose eyes have been enlightened to see the ministry in the heavenlies to which they have been called.
“But we have a conviction that before the Lord Jesus returns, there will be a mighty army of believers who will learn the secret of living in His Name, reigning in life, living the victorious, transcendent, resurrection life of the Son of God among men.” E. W. Kenyon:
Believers in union with the Head of the Body exercise an authority to which the powers of the air must give place wherever challenged.
This delegated Authority from the Head of the Church; it is the possession of every true child of God. It is one of the “all” things received in Christ. It is important to understand these privileges and responsibilities; and because of the power which they confer on a militant believer, the enemy has specially sought to hold back this knowledge from God’s people.
The Authority of the Believer is not a special gift conferred, where the recipient is endued with power, because he performs mighty acts, such as casting out of evil spirits, discerning of spirits and miraculous powers, these are different from Authority.
Luke 10:19 AMPC - Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.
This Delegated Authority and Power are the portion for every Believer. It is not a special gift imparted in answer to prayer but the inherent right of the child of God because of his elevation with Christ to the right hand of the Father.
Ephesians 6:12 - 12 For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.
Jesus Christ having raised from among the dead, was exalted by God to His own right hand in the heavenlies. The evil forces of the age had been baffled and overthrown, and the risen Lord has been enthroned far above them, ruling with the authority of the Highest God.
Ephesians 1:19-20 - 19 And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength,
20 Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places],
The Location of Authority is Ephesians 2:6 – We pray from a platform of Victory obtained by The Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:18 AMPC - 18 Jesus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, all authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.
Hebrews 8:1 AMPC - 1And it will nevermore be necessary for each one to teach his neighbor and his fellow citizen or each one his brother, saying, Know (perceive, have knowledge of, and get acquainted by experience with) the Lord, for all will know Me, from the smallest to the greatest of them.
THE RIGHT HAND OF THE THRONE OF GOD IS THE CENTER OF POWER OF THE WHOLE UNIVERSE, AND THE EXERCISING OF THE POWER OF THE THRONE WAS COMMITTED UNTO THE ASCENDED LORD.
The elevation of His people with Him to the heavenlies has no other meaning than that they are made sharers, potentially for the present, of the authority which is His. They are made to sit with Him; that is, they share His throne. (Partake of the authority which it represents). Authority over the powers of the air and over the conditions which those powers have brought about on the earth.
Ephesians2:6 AMPC - 6 And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
Philippians 2:9-11 AMPC - 9 Therefore [because He stooped so low] God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the name that is above every name,
10 That in (at) the name of Jesus every knee [g]should (must) bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 And every tongue [[h]frankly and openly] confess and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Jesus has authorized you to use that Name against your enemies, all of hell, all demons, sickness and disease, sin, oppression, and depression. So, in the Name of Jesus, you are free.
All that Jesus has done, and all of His power, and all of His authority, and the might of all His conquests are invested in His Name. And that Name belongs to you and me! We are more than conquerors through Him that loved us and gave Himself for us. So, in the Name of Jesus we take that Name victoriously!
Confession: I can do everything God asks me to with the help of Christ who gives me the strength and power. I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me. I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency.
You make the declaration that He is the strength of your life. Say it aloud to yourself until you get accustomed to hearing it.
Confession: Jesus bore my sins in His Body on the tree; therefore, I am dead to sin and alive unto God and by His stripes I am healed and made whole. I speak to the bones and joints of my body. I call you normal in Jesus Name. My bones and joints will not respond to any disease; for the Spirit Life of 1 Peter 2:24 permeates every bone, muscle, nerve and joint of my body with LIFE and HEALTH.
Hold fast to your confession in the face of every assault of the enemy. Walk in the Way of Righteousness, which means acting and living as though the Word was spoken to you by Jesus. That is the way of victory. That is the way where you cast out demons and disease in the Name of Jesus.
The time is now for the Church to realize who she is in Christ. When we do, we will start doing the work we are supposed to do.
Remember, our platform is from Victory, the Victory of His Conquests.
REDEMPTION IN THE NAME OF JESUS
Satan has been defeated. Jesus conquered the devil as a Jew before He died. He let the devil conquer Him on the cross and send Him down to the place of suffering with our burden and guilt upon Him. But after he satisfied the claims of justice, Jesus met the devil in his own throne room, and He stripped him of his authority and dominion. And when he arose, He said: “I am He that lives, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive forevermore…and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:18).
Jesus went into the throne room taken Satan’s badge of dominion and authority that Adam had given him in the Garden of Eden, and every man that accepts Jesus Christ is identified with Him when He did it. He did for you. He did it for me. He died as our substitute. When He put His heel on Satan’s neck. He did for you and you are in Christ. And to you who believe Satan is conquered and Satan is defeated. We withstand satan in the faith of Jesus Christ.
“I saw a company of men walk out, and I saw all the disease and all the crimes and agonies; I saw cancers and tumors and tuberculosis; and I saw a company of men and women walk down in the midst of it, and I heard them say, “here come the sons of God: here come the conquerors.” And the sons of God said to disease, “In the Name of Jesus, depart,” and disease fled. It fled as it did before the Son of God. It obeyed because the Son of God sent them out and gave them His Name as authority. I saw the company of men enter into the lost dominion. They put upon them the garments of their authority and dominion and walked out conquerors over death and hell and the grave. They were masters. They were rulers. “God says these men are coming out of you; they are going to arrive. God has in training some men and women that are going to do exploits for Him.” John G. Lake.
COLOSSIANS 1:13, 14 - [The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, In Whom we have our redemption through His blood, [which means] the forgiveness of our sins.
The time has come and it is now to awaken to the fact that Satan cannot put disease upon you, that he cannot give you pain and anguish in your body.
Every believer has the right to know the truth of their Authority in Crist Jesus. Awake to the fact that want and poverty are things of the past. These are truths “The Lord is my Shepherd. I do not want. He makes me to lie down in the plenty, in fullness. I am satisfied with Him.”
This Redemption is real. Satan is defeated, disease is illegal and want is banished.
JOHN 10:10 AMP - The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).
CONFESSION:
The Lord is my Light and my Salvation—whom shall I fear or dread? The Lord is the Refuge and Stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? The Lord is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack.
VITAL REVELATION
The Word of God is simple and plain. God’s messengers never used lofty words and brilliant ideas to tell you God’s message. They preached Christ and His death, burial, and resurrection. Their preaching was very plain, not with a lot of oratory and human wisdom, but the Holy Spirit’s power was in their words, proving to those who heard them that the message was from God, they did this because they wanted their faith to stand firm upon God, not on man’s great ideas.
HEBREWS 2:14-15 - Since, therefore, [these His] children share in flesh and blood [in the physical nature of human beings], He [Himself] in a similar manner partook of the same [nature], that by [going through] death He might bring to nought and make of no effect him who had the power of death—that is, the devil— And also that He might deliver and completely set free all those who through the [haunting] fear of death were held in bondage throughout the whole course of their lives.
You are in Him. He is in you. His Word abides in you. You are His Righteousness. You are His Life. You can do His works now.
Acts 3:5-6 NLT - 5 The lame man looked at them eagerly, expecting some money. 6 But Peter said, “I don’t have any silver or gold for you. But I’ll give you what I have. In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene,[a] get up and[b] walk!”
John 16:23-24 NLT - 23 At that time you won’t need to ask me for anything. I tell you the truth, you will ask the Father directly, and he will grant your request because you use my name.
24 You haven’t done this before. Ask, using my name, and you will receive, and you will have abundant joy.
Take your place. Use the Name of Jesus to heal the sick. His death was not in vain. His suffering was not in vain. Stand complete in His completeness, filled with His fullness. You are filled with His holiness. His grace is yours.
DIVINE WORK CAN ONLY BE DONE WITH DIVINE POWER, AND THAT POWER IS TO BE FOUND IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST ALONE. IT IS MADE AVAILABLE TO US, HIS CHURCH IN HIM ON THE RESURRECTION SIDE OF THE CROSS.

New Testament Christianity is greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).

New Testament Christianity is I am more than a conqueror through Him that loved me. (Rom. 8:37).
He had said, I will never leave you, now forsake you. So that we may boldly say, the Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man can do to me. (Heb. 13:5, 6).
The devil knows Jesus conquered him. He knows that Name is just as powerful as Jesus the Person. He knows Jesus said, “In My Name they shall cast out devils.” In My Name they will exercise authority over the devil and demons. As long as you do not exercise the power Jesus gave you, you are no threat to him.
God has given His Body, His Church, and Christ. There is nothing now for us to receive outside of Him. The Holy Spirit has been sent to produce what is of Christ in us not to produce anything that is apart from or outside of Him.
1 Corinthians 1:30 “Christ Jesus was made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption.”
Thank God, we have the legal document of the New Covenant, the New Testament, sealed by the blood of Jesus Christ. And when He went away, He left His Church His Name.
The authorities who took Peter and John into custody after the healing of the man at the Gate Beautiful threatened them, “that they speak to no man IN THIS NAME. Acts 4:17, 18
ACTS 4:13 - Now as they observed the confidence of Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed, and began to recognize them as having been with Jesus.
EPHESIANS 5:20 giving thanks always for all things, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to the God and Father;
Anointing in His Name
JAMES 5:14 - Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the congregation {Gr. ecclesia – called out ones}; and let them pray for him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
The power of God raised Jesus from the dead. Jesus changed death forever. Jesus gave His life as a sacrifice to redeem mankind. He took the keys to hell, death, and the grave and forever changed the world upon His resurrection. Now Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father making intercession for you and for me. And He is Coming Soon! The work has been done. Jesus is Risen!
God raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Now He is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. By His conquest of these principalities, powers, might’s, and dominions, Jesus obtained that Name!
COLOSSIANS 2:15 - He spoiled, stripped, paralyzed, He reduced them to nothing principalities and powers; He did say “In My Name, you will cast out demons….” these are the same principalities and powers spoken of in:
EPHESIANS 6:12 - For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,[a] against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Jesus met Satan and his cohorts on their own territory and defeated them. The conquest that Jesus made of the devil, of sin, sickness and disease is wrapped up in the NAME, and that NAME belongs to us! God made us free from the power of darkness. And he brought us into the kingdom of his dear Son.
COLOSSIANS 1:13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son,
It was in His spoiling the principalities and powers, bringing them to nothing, overcoming them, defeating them and He delivered us from the “power or authority of Satan.” Satan has no authority to dominate the Christian or the Church. When you know this truth, and know that the name belongs to you, you can put Satan on the run every time. I mean every single time!
1 CORINTHIANS 2:6 - Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought; He dethroned Powers who rule this world.
We have the right, we have the privilege to use the Name of Jesus and vested in that Name is all the power, all the authority that Jesus ever had.
ACTS 10:38 - How God anointed and consecrated Jesus of Nazareth with the [Holy] Spirit and with strength and ability and power; how He went about doing good and, [a]in particular, curing all who were harassed and oppressed by [the power of] the devil, for God was with Him.
ACTS 9:34 - And Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you. Arise and make your bed.” Then he arose immediately.
Jesus told His disciples, “I give you power over all the power of the enemy.” They entered into the houses and healed the sick. We must realize this truth and live only in the place where the power of God rests upon you, and where the Spirit moves within you. Then God will mightily manifest His power and you will know, as Jesus said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me.” (Luke 10:19; 4:18-19).
Elijah was a human being just like us. He prayed that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years! Let us look at what James says about Elijah.
JAMES 5:17 - Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months.
Be Not Afraid, Only Believe (Mark 5:36).
AUTHORITY TO USE HIS NAME
When the Lord Jesus, the Captain of our Salvation, was raised from the dead, the act of Resurrection was accomplished through “the exceeding greatness of His Dunamis power.
EPHESIANS 1:19-21 - And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
The fact is that in the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus lies the working power recorded in the Word of God. Jesus Christ was exalted by God to His own Right Hand in the heavenlies.
The evil forces of the “age to come” had been arrayed against the purpose of God. They had, however, been baffled and overthrown, and the risen Lord has been enthroned “far above” them, ruling with the authority of the Most High.
Christ and His people were raised together
Every demon and angel is subject to the Imperial Name of Jesus and, wonder of wonders, He gave us the Power of Attorney to use that Name of Might. All our Authority is based on His Finished Work, but it is all enwrapped in His name. By His giving us the Legal use of this name He has put omnipotence at our disposal in our combat with satanic hosts. We have authority in the Name of Jesus against all powers of darkness.
MARK 16:17 - 17 And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages; 18 They will pick up serpents; and [even] if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay the Name in Prayer
The Master says that we are not to pray to Him. He is the Mediator between us and the Father. He is our Advocate and our Intercessor; but whatsoever we ask of the Father in His Name, the Father will give to us. Jesus says that up to this time we have never asked anything in His Name, but that now He is giving His disciples the right to use His Name. He uses this strange expression, "that your joy may be full." John 16:23, 24, 26.
JOHN 14:13-15 - And I will do [I Myself will grant] whatever you ask in My Name [as [a]presenting all that I Am], so that the Father may be glorified and extolled in (through) the Son. [Yes] I will grant [I Myself will do for you] whatever you shall ask in My Name [as [b]presenting all that I Am]. 15 If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.
We see the Name introduced. This is not prayer; it is something different The word "ask", here, can be translated "demand".
When Jesus gave us the legal right to use this Name, the Father knew all that that Name would imply when breathed in prayer and it is His joy to recognize that Name. The possibilities enfolded in that Name are beyond our understanding, but thanks be to God that He has given us His Holy Spirit to tell us what He hears from the Father.
THE LOCATION OF AUTHORITY
The God of our Lord Jesus Christ raised Him from the dead, and made Him to sit at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.
EPHESIANS 1:17-21 And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places], Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come.
The Holy Spirit gives us the truth of the elevation of the Lord’s people with their Head, Christ Jesus.
EPHESIANS 2:6 - And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Christ’s seat is at the right hand of God. His people, therefore, occupy “with Him” the same position. This honor is not to a chosen few but is the portion of all those who share the Resurrection of the Son of God. It is the birthright of every true believer, of every born-again child of God.
MATTHEW 28:18 - Jesus approached and, [a]breaking the silence, said to them, all authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.
His formal assumption of that authority took place when He sat down on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens.
HEBREWS 8:1 - Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such a high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;
The right hand of the throne of God is the center of power of the whole universe, and the exercising of the power of the throne was committed unto the ascended Lord. He is still there in full possession of His rights.
HEBREWS 1:3 - Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
Christianity begins not with a big DO, but with a big DONE. We began our Christian life by depending not upon our own doing, but upon what He has done.
God has completed the work of Redemption, and we do not need to do anything, we enter by faith directly into the values of His finished work.
Christianity indeed means that God has done everything in Christ, and that we simply step by faith into the enjoyment of that fact.
We were made to sit with Him; that is, we share His throne. To partake of the authority which it represents.
We must see ourselves as “seated” in Christ.
Paul prays that the eyes of our heart may be enlightened (Ephesians 1:18). To the fact that God has first by mighty power “made Him to sit,” and then by grace “made us to sit with Him.” God gives us our position of rest. He brings His Son’s finished work and presents it to us, and then He says to us, “Please sit.” Our Christian life begins with the discovery of what God has provided.
The Lord Jesus warred against Satan in order to gain the victory. Through the Cross He carried that warfare to the very threshold of Hell itself, to lead forth His captivity captive.
EPHESIANS 4:8, 9 - Wherefore he saith, when he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
Today we war against Satan only to maintain and consolidate the victory which Christ has already gained. By the resurrection God proclaimed; His Son victor over the whole realm of darkness, and the ground Christ won He has given to us. We do not need to fight to obtain it. We only need to hold it against the challengers and fight the good fight of faith.
God has already conquered. He has given us his victory to hold. Within the sphere of Christ, the enemy’s defeat is already a fact, and the Church has been put there to keep him defeated. In Christ we are conquerors, more than conquerors.
ROMANS 8:37 - Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors [a]and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.
In Him therefore, we stand. Today we do not fight for victory; we fight from victory. We do not fight in order to win but because in Christ we have already won. Overcomers are those who rest in the victory already given to them by their God.
Because everyone who has been born from God has won the victory over the world. Our faith is what wins the victory over the world.
1 JOHN 5:4 - For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith.

Faiths says: Christ the Anointed One is exalted.

Faith says: We are saved by his grace.
-
Faith says: We have access to the Father through Him.

Faith says: He indwells us by His Spirit.

Faith says: He became poor so that I may be rich in Him.

Faith says: By His Stripes I was healed.
-
Faith says: He sees me without a single fault.
Because Victory is His, therefore it is ours. If only we will not try to gain the victory but simply to maintain it, then we shall see the enemy becoming afraid. We must praise the Lord because He has already defeated the enemy.
In Christ Jesus you are already a Victor, you are not a victim!
FAITH IN HIS NAME
The Name of Jesus represents the power and dominion given to Him by God, a power, and a dominion before which every knee in heaven and earth and beneath the earth must bow. The Name of Jesus is above every name that is named.
PHILIPPIANS 2:9-11 - Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
JOHN 12:16 - You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed you [I have planted you], that you might go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit may be lasting [that it may remain, abide], so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name [as [a]presenting all that I Am], He may give it to you.
He has placed that authority in our hands for us to use. Not only is it His but is given among men.
ACTS 3:6 - Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have given I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
Peter in dealing with the cripple man at the gate. He does not kneel and pray and ask the mind of the Lord first. At one he says: “Walk.” He uses the Name with the assurance that it is His to use.
God looks at His Son in the glory, not at us here on the earth. It is because He sees us seated with Him there that His Name and His authority can be entrusted to us here. The Body of Christ has been given the power of attorney to use Jesus’s Name.
Faith is like dynamite which breaks up the old life and nature by the power of God and brings the almighty power of God into that life. In these eventful days we must not be content with a mere theory of faith but must have this almighty and precious faith within us so that we may move from the ordinary into the extraordinary.
We must expect God to come forth in power through us for the deliverance of others. Peter spoke of it as “like precious faith” in 2 Peter 1:1.
Make the decision to live by faith and practice faith. Make the quality decision to live the love life and practice love.
GALATIANS 5:6 - For [if we are] in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith activated and energized and expressed and working through love.
As you practice these things with your heart wide open to the Lord, the power of Jesus’ Name will become a reality, and you will become a threat to the kingdom of darkness.
THE POWER OF THE NAME
Jesus called the twelve apostles together and gave them power and authority over all demons and the ability to heal sicknesses. He sent the apostles out to talk about God’s kingdom and to heal the sick (Luke 9:1-2).
JOHN 14:14 - [Yes], I will grant [I Myself will do for you] whatever you shall ask in My Name [as [a]presenting all that I Am].
The first was a limited “power of attorney.” The second was unlimited. This unlimited “power of attorney” was authorized before His crucifixion. It was to become effective when the Holy Ghost came. He said, if you ask Me for anything in My Name, I will do it.
LUKE 24:49 - And behold, I will send forth upon you what My Father has promised; but remain in the city [Jerusalem] until you are clothed with power from on high.
On the Day of Pentecost this “power of attorney” was made fully operative. The Spirit came. First, legally; then had His Word. Then, vitally; He sent His Spirit. Acts 1:8.
Peter and john instantly grasped the significance of the Name. Passing into the temple they met a beggar-cripple. He was 40 years old and had been crippled from birth.
ACTS 3:6, 7 - But Peter said, Silver and gold (money) I do not have; but what I do have, that I give to you: in [the [use of] the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk! Then he took hold of the man’s right hand with a firm grip and raised him up. And at once his feet and ankle bones became strong and steady,
The matchless Name of Jesus! The secret of power was in it. When they used the Name, power struck. The dynamite of heaven exploded.
Peter and john were hustled to jail. The church prayed for them in “the Name.” They were released. They went to church. The entire church prayed that signs and wonder might be done. How did they pray? In the Name. They used it legally. The vital response was instantaneous. The place was shaken as if it was by an earthquake. Powerful Name!
Jesus commanded us in Mark 16:15 - Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news to every creature.
PHILIPIANS 2:9-11 - God has highly exalted Him and has freely bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, That in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, And every tongue confess and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The miracle realm is a Believer’s natural realm. He is by creation the companion of the miracle-working God. Grace is restoring the spirit to his place of dominion. When man comes to realize this, he will live in the realm of the supernatural without effort.
No longer will faith be a struggle, but a normal living in the realm of God. The spiritual realm places man where communion with God is a normal experience. Miracles are then his native breath.
We must make the choice to be a culture and develop our spiritual nature to a point where we can enjoy fellowship with the Father God. It is above the mind, as God is above nature.
IN MY NAME
Jesus is the Great I AM, The One who LIVES; He was dead, but now HE IS ALIVE forever and ever! And He Holds the Keys to death and to the place of the dead! Praise God! And He has delivered us from the fear of death because He tasted death for us!
REVELATION 1:18 - And the Ever-living One [I am living in the eternity of the eternities]. I died, but see, I am alive forevermore; and I possess the keys of death and Hades (the realm of the dead).
The One Who has the key is the authorized One. Jesus has the Authority. He lives in the eternity of the eternities. He is alive forevermore! Just before he ascended to be seated at the right hand of the Father,
Jesus immediately delegated His authority in the earth to the Church.
MARK 16:17-20 - And those who believe will be able to do these things as proof: They will use MY NAME to force out demons. They will speak in new languages. They will pick up snakes and drink poison without being hurt. They will touch the sick, and the sick will be healed.” After the Lord Jesus said these things to his followers, he was carried up into heaven, and he sat at the right side of God. The followers went everywhere in the world and told the Good News to people, and the Lord helped them. The Lord proved that the Good News they told was true by giving them power to work miracles.]
IN MY NAME! IN THE NAME OF JESUS! He authorized us! He gave us his Name as the authority. The power is in the Name. The authority is in the Name.
He gave us the Name that is above every name. He gave us the Name that is recognized in three worlds. He gave us that Name that has authority in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Angels, men, and demons have to bow at that Name, and that Name belongs to us. We are authorized to use that Name!
There is more than salvation in that Name, that Name still enwraps all the power, all the majesty, and all the glory.
Jesus with His resurrected body is there at the right hand of the Father, that Name has all the authority, all the power, all the dignity, all the majesty, and all the glory that Jesus the Person has. THE NAME stands for the PERSON. This honor, this glory, this authority, this power, is vested in the Name of Jesus. And this Name is given to us!
The truth is that Satan is paralyzed, stripped of his armor by the Lord Jesus, and that disease and sickness are servants of this Man; that at His voice, they must depart, it would be easy to live in this Resurrection Realm.
MATTHEW 8:5-10 we see that the faith of the Centurion marveled Jesus; what did he say that marvel Jesus?
“SPEAK THE WORD ONLY”
Just as I am set over these hundred men who obey my command, you have been set over disease. You are the master over demons and the laws of nature. You have authority over disease and sickness. All You have to do is speak, and sickness and disease will obey You.
Jesus said in My Name cast out demons and they will obey! Believers should know that they have this authority. Not just those in the fivefold ministry.
ACTS 16:16-18 - She kept doing this for many days. Paul became annoyed, turned to the evil spirit, and said, "I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!" As Paul said this, the evil spirit left her.
NOTICE THAT PAUL DID NOT SPEAK TO THE GIRL. HE SPOKE TO THE SPIRIT. HE SAID TO THE SPIRIT, “I COMMAND YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST TO COME OUT OF HER….AND HE CAME OUT THE SAME HOUR.”
That spirit had to bow to the Name. Demons have to go at that Name. It is the Name that does it. And that Name has for the Church today the same power it had then. What a treasure we have in the Name of Jesus.
Philippians 2:9-10 NLT - 9 Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
DANIEL 7:14 NLT - 14 He was given authority, honor, and sovereignty over all the nations of the world, so that people of every race and nation and language would obey him. His rule is eternal—it will never end. His kingdom will never be destroyed.
And there was given Him [the Messiah] dominion and glory and kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which shall not pass away, and His kingdom is one which shall not be destroyed.
The Name of Jesus belongs to us, and the devil is frightened of us because we are in Him!
EPHESIANS 6:12 - This is not a wrestling match against a human opponent. We are wrestling with rulers, authorities, the powers who govern this world of darkness, and spiritual forces that control evil in the heavenly world.
Demons attempt to hinder people in every aspect of spiritual life. They try to keep people from all the BLESSINGS of God. Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit when you pray for people, and He will let you know.
Have boldness in the presence of demons, do not let the devil bother you over your past life. If you have confessed your sin, you are forgiven. Laugh at his face.
Signs and wonders will follow Believers (you). In My name, they will exercise authority over all demons and over all diseases, Jesus said. Another way to say it that is “In My Name demons will be rendered useless. They will be brought to nothing.”
Because Jesus already reduced them to nothing! Now they are being brought to nothing by us. They are doomed to pass away eventually. But they are being brought to nothing right now because Jesus defeated them and gave us His Name to use against them.
We, Believers must be in a place of continual victory, we must realize that the source of danger lies in demoniacal power, and that the power to conquer it is in the Name of Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of God!
These hostile forces, who are attempting to destroy our fellowship with the Father, and to deprive us of our usefulness in the service of our Master. They exist. These principalities and powers and rulers of this age, rule the world. We see visible people ruling as heads of governments, yet behind the scenes, very often, wicked spirits are dominating those people.
The heavenly world is the first heaven, the atmosphere right around us. The atmosphere around us is literally infested with demons and evil spirits, these are already brought to nothing by the Lord Jesus!
The Bible is our textbook and our finally authority in the matter.
2 CORINTHIANS 12:2, 4 - I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows—was caught up to the third heaven. Was caught up into paradise, and he heard utterances beyond the power of man to put into words, which man is not permitted to utter.
WE MUST KEEP IN MIND THOUGH THAT JESUS SPOILED PRINCIPALITIES AND POWERS. THE SAME PRINCIPALITIES AND POWERS WE WRESTLE AGAINST, HE SPOILED! HE MADE A SHOW OF THEM OPENLY, TRIUMPHING OVER THEM IN IT!
COLOSSIANS 2:15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities

He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross.
-
He disgraced them publicly; He triumphed over them by Him.
-
He boldly displayed them as His conquests, when by the Cross He triumphed over them.
-
He won the victory and showed the world that they were powerless.
The Name of Jesus belongs to us. In the Name of Jesus, we have authority over demons. In that Name break the power of Satan. Proclaim deliverance and victory.
The devil is a defeated foe along with all his cohorts. Jesus gave us authority and power to rule over him. Now we know the truth and the truth makes us free!
Demons, evil spirits, Satan himself are subject to the Name of Jesus, the most excellent and glorious and magnificent Name.
His Name is above every name the Name of Jesus, angels in heaven bow to that Name, men on the earth bow at that Name, demons under the earth bow to that Name! God raise the Lord Jesus from the death; He is alive and He holds the keys of hell and death. He has delivered us from the fear of death because He tasted death for us. He is the One that is Alive and Reigns forever more!
King Jesus is coming soon. Will He find faith on the earth? Will He find faith in HIS NAME? Those that overcome will sit with Him and will be with Him ruling and reigning through the Eternities! Glory to God!
There is Power in that Name! There is Authority in that Name! There is glory in that Name! There is majesty in that Name! JESUS IS HIS NAME!
WE HAVE SAID THIS BUT LET IT BEAR REPETITION:
The time is now and the time has come to Herald these truths that others have preached and taught in times past. Right now, there is a Door Open, a Door of Faith to realize our rights and privileges and the authority and power in the Name of Jesus! And to RISE UP and use that Name, take your authority. It will be said of us at it was of the early disciples. “These that have turned the world upside down come here also.” (Acts 17:6)
The Master is resurrecting these truths, and He is giving them to us for these last days; so that we would stand with our sword and proclaim IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I know the truth and the TRUTH has make me free.
CONFESSION: Because He has set me free, I rule and reign in this Life through Christ Jesus. In this life we are to reign over circumstances, disease, sickness, sin, hatred, and everything else that is of the kingdom of darkness, things that will try to dominate us. Because of Jesus’s Victory over them, we have the power in His Name to dominate them. That is how we rule and reign in this life through Christ.
Let us RISE UP and take possession of what belongs to us. WE are to reign by the Name Christ Jesus.
CALLING TO DO “GREATER WORKS”
We are a chosen generation, and we are called to show forth “Greater Works” as Jesus commanded. In the previous chapter we have listed some of the miracles that Jesus performed while His Ministry on the earth. Wow! Awesome Display of Power! And He has told us that we are appointed and chose by Him to do “Greater Works.”
JOHN 14:12 KJV
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do, because I go unto my Father.
These words are for everyone that believes in Christ. Miracles, Signs and Wonders are to be the Signature of every Believer!
Our Lord Jesus comes to us and says, “You have seen me work and how I work.” Did anyone ever work as Jesus did? He worked on the hearts of the people. He drew them to Him.
They came with their needs, with their depressions, and He relieved them all. Jesus who came from the Father to express His love, talked to people, spent time with them in their homes, and most likely lodged with some of them overnight.
This miracle worker said, “You see what I have been doing: healing the sick, relieving the oppressed, and casting out demons. The works that I do shall you do also.”
The disciples raised the dead, healed all manner of sickness and diseases, and cast out devils not in their own name, and by their own power, but in the Name of Jesus and by His power. GREATER, GREATER WORKS THAN THESE!
Healing by means of Peter’s Shadow
ACTS 5:15 - 15 So that they [even] kept carrying out the sick into the streets and placing them on couches and sleeping pads, [in the hope] that as Peter passed by, at least his shadow might fall on some of them.
Healing by means of Paul’s Handkerchiefs
Acts 19:12 - So that handkerchiefs or towels or aprons which had touched his skin were carried away and put upon the sick, and their diseases left them and the evil spirits came out of them.
These ‘greater works refer rather to the results of Pentecost; the Victory, the Conquests of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Apostles went everywhere, and converted thousands, and we are commanded to do the same!
The King of Kings is calling us out of apathy, self-centeredness, and feelings of inadequacies. He is awakening His army to arise with miracles, signs and wonders as or signature.
His miraculous signs are impressive. He uses His power to do amazing things. His kingdom is an eternal kingdom. His power lasts from one generation to the next. DANIEL 4:3
The world is desperate and hungry for a touch of the Love of God and the power of His Holy Spirit.
For even the whole creation waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship. ROMANS 8:19
God has placed within you the ability to believe and receive your delegated authority in the Name of Jesus and to show forth the “Greater Works.”
Who knows perhaps you were born and you are still alive regardless of your age, “for such a time as this.”
Thanks be to God that we are coming to see the light of God’s Word. In these Last Days. A company of believers are arising who will see in the Spirit and know their authority, their rights, and privileges in Christ.
They will know that the Name of Jesus belongs to them. They will take up that Name and start using it unconsciously.
WE ARE THERE!
GO IN HIS POWER AND HIS AUTHORITY
That Name, the Name of Jesus has been given unto us. IT BELONGS TO US!
Walk in your new power and Authority in the Name of Jesus!
You will see a difference in you; your confidence in Him will rise and you will find yourself in situations and from inside your boldness will come forth and take authority of unseen forces against you or other believers.
You will experience victory in every area of your life. You will see yourself as an overcomer and more than a conqueror. You will laugh at adversity and say, “Greater is He Who is in me, than he that it is in the world.”
Whatever you go, whatever God sends you. You will go in His power and His Authority. He is Love, Life and Light and as He is so you in this world!
