Most of us as Believers, when we think about giving to the Lord; we think about finances. We think about sowing our tithes and offerings or putting it in the offering plate or basket and it is what we do because we love Him.
But, that's not all that He expect us to give to Him; He truly appreciates our obedience to sow our financial seeds and give our tithes. There is also something that the Lord wants us to give Him; something that it is more important. He wants our whole hearts and total obedience.
He wants us to give Him our ALL. That's the biggest, best offering we can ever bring to Him. He bought and paid for us, spirit, soul and body. Jesus shed His precious Blood to redeemed us and made us His most precious possession.
He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first-fruits of all he created (James 1:18 NIV).
He didn't just gave us birth so that we can BRING Him our first-fruits, but so that we can BE His first-fruits. We are just like the Tithe, we are holy and set apart for Him and His Purpose.
We don't belong to the world; that's why the world will never accept us.
We don't belong to ourselves, we belong to God.
So, you are not foreigners or guests, but rather you are the children of the city of the holy ones, with all the rights as family members of the household of God. You are rising like the perfectly fitted stones of the temple; and your lives have been built up together upon the foundation laid by the apostles and prophets, and best of all, you are connected to the Head Cornerstone of the building, the Anointed One, Jesus Christ himself!
This entire building is under construction and is continually growing under his supervision until it rises up completed as the holy temple of the Lord Himself. This means that God is transforming each one of you into the Holy of Holies, his dwelling place, through the power of the Holy Spirit living in you! (Ephesians 2:29-22 TPT).
We are to separate and consecrate ourselves from these times. CLING to the WORD of GOD, take your stand; fight the good fight of faith, don't feed on fear or trouble; don't tolerate strife in your life. Feed on the Anointed Word of God.
Praise and worship and preach THE WORD in season and out of season. Your time has come! It is your time to excel. It is your time to do extraordinary things now. It is time for Miracles, Signs and Wonders in the POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!
